Please read our terms of service carefully before placing any orders. Once you purchase an item from our website, you automatically agree to our conditions.
We do not share nor distribute your private information in anyway. The information collected from your account is solely for the purpose of providing you with a better service.
Any pictures, media, texts, graphics and logos are property of Jiyad Vet Services and/or related company brands which we hold authorization to sell and distribute.
For local customers in Kuwait, payment may be collected as Cash on Delivery, K-net on delivery, or via link. You can let us know your payment method of choice once you place an order.
Free local deliveries for orders larger than 30kd.
Regarding foreign deliveries, a quote will be provided accordingly to DHL Express expenses.

Any medication, feed, farrier supplies, or feed supplements are non-refundable and non-exchangeable goods.
As for tack shop products (rider clothes and/or horse accessories) we hold a two week exchange/refund policy. Items must be in perfect conditions, in original package and with brand tags still in place. There should be no sign of wear or use. Receipt must also be available.
For local refunds however, 3kd will be discounted from the original payment as delivery charges for pick-up back and forth. For local exchanges, only 2kd will be charged.
No refunds on foreign deliveries. In case of exchanges of non-medical, non-supplement products, delivery back and forth is on the customer.
For hygiene purposes, some tack items (socks, helmets, helmet inner pads, etc.) remain completely unrefundable, regardless of their wear/tag conditions.
Customized items have been made specially for you! These items also cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Items on discount also cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged in any form.
